Ruby was born in 1898. She is the daughter of Ernest Hendy and Lucretia Evans. [1]

In the 1901 census Ruby (age 2) was the daughter of Ernest Hendy in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.[2]

There is a passenger list indicating that Ruby, aged 29 and a Samuel Hendy aged 59 went to visit Canada in September 1927. They stated they were tourists. [3] In 1939 Ruby was living with Samuel Hendy as a Companion Housekeeper. [4]

In 1948 Ruby married Albert P Isaacs in Bristol. [5]

Ruby lived a long life and died aged 86 in 1984. Her death was registered in Bristol. [6]

Her brothers moved to Canada. She is mentioned in the Obituary of her brother Reginald in 1994. [7] However, she was not listed as a family member of her brother Bertram who died in Canada in 1984 [8] possibly as the article only mentioned survivors.
