Where does the above date of death come from?
In his History of Parliament article, son Robert Heath (1575-1649) is said to have succeeded his father in 1615.

A Robert Heath of Worth Sussex left a will probated in 1615. The children correlate with those on wikitree though, at present, all but Robert are only linked to their mother. Worth is about 11 miles from Edenbridge, Kent (birth said to be at Eatonbridge, Kent)

The will was written on 1 Jan 1612 (1612/13) and granted probate 1 July 1615
