David Harwood was born about 1759 in Massachusetts Bay Colony son of David and Rebecca (Twiss) Harwood.^[1] He died in 1831.^[2]

David (16) married Mary Kingsbury (born on August 21, 1777 in Oxford, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony; daughter of Jeremiah Kingsbury and Ruth (Ballard) Kingsbury) on April 29, 1792 in Oxford, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States.^[3]

David's sister Abigail married John Kingsbury who was the brother of David's wife Mary Kingsbury.
