I sent you a check-in message a week ago about the Military and War Project to ask you about your continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project? If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Best wishes,

Hello again! I posted a comment two weeks ago and have not yet heard back from you. I hope you are well! Do you want to remain in the Germany Project? If I don’t hear back from you by the end of November, I’ll go ahead and remove you from our member roster. You are, of course, always welcome to rejoin at any time via our G2G sign-up post.
The Germany Project Leaders are doing their semi-annual check-in with all project members and we want to verify that you’re still interested in being a member of the Project. Please respond by private message and let me know.
Are you currently working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? If not, take a look at our main Project page for a full list.
We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.
The 6th Source-a-Thon will take place from the 1st of October till the 4th of October. This Thon is all about adding accurate sources to unsourced profiles and improving the accuracy of WikiTree. We really hope you will join us at our Team The Flying Dutchmen. Registering is open now HERE (registration ends Wednesday the 29th). More info at our Team page HERE or at our G2G-S-a-Th-Chat.

Wendy, the author of your Van Alen source (published 1902) seems to have done a good job with more recent generations of the Van Alen family, but not with the early generations.
The later work published by Getty in 1950 is much more reliable (and is traceable to records). There seems to be no evidence for the existence for Johannes Van Alen and Christina Ten Broeck ever having a child named Adam. And your ancestor Abraham E Van Alen was not the son of a man named Adam; he the son of Evert Van Alen and Margrietje Fitzgerald.
I have found existing profiles for several people that you created profiles for; merges are needed to correct errors and connect you with long ancestral lines that are well supported by good sources!
