Biography
Isabella was a natural daughter of James Hamilton, 1st earl of Arran. She married John Bannatyne of Corehouse sometime after the death of her father (on 26 March 1529) and received in his will a special bequest for her dowry and the cost of a wedding dress.[1]
Isabella Bannatyne died before January 1570, leaving issue.[2]
