Biography
Cecil was born in 1900. He is the son of William Hall and Ida Keeton. He is not mentioned in the list of children in the Death Notice of his mother and must have died before her death in August 1933 and probably before the birth of his brother 'Cecil Crawshay Hall' with whom he shares a first name and who was born in Apr 1905.
