Biography
Sarah Elizabeth Grammer, , daughter of Louis Franklin Grammer and Mary Catherine 'Polly' Hicks,[1] was born on 24 Feb 1855 in Makanda, Jackson County Illinois. She lived in Makanda, Jackson, Illinois in 1910 and Carbondale, Il in 1930. She died on 4 Jan 1938 in Carbondale, Illinois.[2] She is buried in Oakland Cemetery, Jackson County, Illinois.
