Biography
- Jane Gordon was the eldest daughter of Alexander Gordon, Earl of Sutherland. She is stated to have been 15 at the marriage in 1589 and about 16 when she gave birth to her first child, Donald.[1]
- She is mentioned as being buried at Dornoch, Sutherland, at the Sutherland family tomb.[2]
