Eugénie (Girouard) Lacenaire is a descendant of an Acadian

Eugenie Lacenaire, daughter of Aime Girouard and Sylvie Robichaud and Girouard. She grew up on her father's farm in Saint Marie de Kent ,New Brunswick , She married Pierre Lacenaire, on Jan 9 1899 in Saint Marie de Kent , New Brunswick at age 20 . She moved to 70 Rue Evangeline on Jan 9 1899. She died at 70 Rue Evangeline on the Lacenaire Homestead until she died at age 54 on 10 Nov 1933 . She died of Pulmonary embolism .

She was a very hard worker on the farm . she look after the children and help her husband with all job's on the farm . She loved cooking and being with the family , she was very proud of her family and her children missed her very much . In later years they thought of her much with great proud , she was never forgotten .

They had great memories of life on the farm and growing up in the in the village of Bouctouche , The children were all very proud of where they came from .
