Rebecca was born in 1884 in Molong, the Colony of New South Wales. She was the daughter of John Ginty and Elizabeth Kind. [1] She passed away in 1948.
Rebecca joined the Sisters of Charity and took the name Sister St Rose.
Sister Rose wrote often to her siblings and other family members. Through the many Wikitree profilers we have been very firtunate that I was posted some letters between Ruby and her aunt Letty Greville. The first letter was written on 13th January, 1940 at St. Mary's Convent, Hurstville, Sydney, Australia to Letty at 25 Hume Street, Armidale, Melbourne, Victoria. The second letter written on 14th July, 1940 was from Mt. St. Patricks Convent, Paddington, Sydney to Letty Greville, 25 Hume Street, Armidale. [2]
