Eugene was born in 1892. He is the son of Georges Gervais and Octavie Brisson. ^[1][2]

Mr. Eugene A. Gervais, late of Weyburn and formerly of Alida, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 1990, at the age of 98 years. Survived by five sons: Leonce (Marguerite), Griswold, Victor (Evelyn), Minitonas, Alexandre (Julie), Paul (Margaret), Frank, all of Alida; one brother Joseph (Flora), Redvers; brother-in-law, Edward Nadeau, Quebec; sister-in-law, Maria Leclerc, Carlyle; 25 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, George and Octavie; his first wife, Aurore Boutin; second wife, Lucia Nadeau; one son Jean; one daughter, Franceline; two brothers Alphonse and George; three sisters: Marie Boutin, Anna Vodon, Alice Mailhiot; two grandchildren; Oneil and Nicholas. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 16, from St. Raphael R.C. Church, Cantal, with Rev. Fr. F. Hengen officiating. Interment in St. Raphael Parish Cemetery. Prayers will be said in St. Raphael R.C. Church at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 15. Arrangements in care of the Orsted Funeral Home (Carlyle).
