He was born on June 16th 1723 and became the Acting Lt. Gov. of the Bahamas. He rose to be a Vice Admiral. In 1750 he married Deborah Stiles of Bermuda. They had at least six children. She died in the Bahamas in 1766. He died in St. Marylebone London on April 5th 1782.[1]
