Biography

Nancy is the daughter of James and Girzel Fruit and she is named in her father James' will of 1794, she may have been born in July of 1741, there is a baptism record for (daughter) Fruit, the daughter of James Fruit 30 Jul 1741, because this child is not not named, this date could be for either Nancy or Jennett both are the daughters of James Fruit, and no name was listed for the female child on the baptism record. She (whichever daughter) was probably baptized by Reverend Richard Treat who served from 1731 to 1778.

Note: Some family trees have Nancy as the wife of Jesse Julian, this is not correct that was a Nancy Fruit who was the daughter of Thomas Fruit and Ruth Lane

There is no further information on Nancy Fruit the daughter of James and Girzel Fruit, it is not known if she married or when she died.
