Biography
Marie was born and baptized in Memramcook on 4 Feb 1811. She is the daughter of David Foster and Francoise Sparks.[1]
Marie Foster of Shediac married Benoni Cormier of St-Thomas de Dorchester on 29 Sep 1835 at St-Thomas-de-Memramcook. She was identified as an immigrant. [2]
Witnesses at Benoni and Marie's wedding were Placide Cormier, cousin, Thaddee Richard, friend of the bride, and Jean Richard, master ('maitre') of bride; as recorded in the Cap-Pele church register.
