Fortin-1168 and Fortin-1163 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate. PRDH assigns the 1782 baptism to a sister by the same name (Félicité Fortin (1782-1827)) who married Etienne Tremblay in 1806.

Fortin-1168 and Fortin-1163 do not represent the same person because: Confusion. There seems to be two Felicite, one born 1782, married to Louis Girard. One born 1784, married Etienne Tremblay.
