Biography

John Fegley was born in 1810. He was apparently the cousin of John Fegley, who was born in 1819. The two are often confused. One seems to have been the son of Jonathan Fegley and the other the son of John Fegley. More research will be needed to straighten it out.

This John Fegley was married to Catherine Frymeyer circa 1832.[1] This date was chosen because their eldest daughter was born in June of 1833.[2] The couple were parents of the following known children:

Mary Fegley Rebuck[3]
Emanuel Fegley
Daniel Fegley
Elias Fegley
Reuben Fegley
Wilhelmina Fegley Latsha
Aaron Fegley
Martin Fegley[4]

He passed away in 1884.[5]
