Biography
Bethia was born in 1844. She was the eldest daughter of Isaac Featherston and Bethia Scott.
She passed away in 1877.
- It is with regret that we record the death of Bethia Jane, eldest daughter of the late Dr Featherston. Miss Featherston died on the night of the 24th inst., at Wellington, at the residence of her brother-in-law, C. Johnston, Esq. She only returned from England a few months ago, and we learn from a Wellington paper that she never recovered from the shock of her father's death.[1]
