Mary joined the Daughters of the American Revolution in 1965 by descent from Armstead Watlington of Virginia and was regent of the Mexico City chapter of the NSDAR. She was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Louie B. Nunn on October 15, 1969.
MARY PATTERSON Mary F. Patterson, 90, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of Charles J. Patterson, died Saturday, May 11, 2013, in Beaufort, S.C. A memorial service was held Saturday, Aug. 10 at Spring Hill Cemetery. Local arrangements were handled by Ransdell’s Funeral Chapel. (HH Thu Aug 15, 2013)
