William Farley was a centenarian, living to age 101.

William was born in 1917. According to his obituary, William Farley was the son of Horace Farley and Daisy Palmer. Dr. Farley held a PhD from Rutgers University and worked as a soil scientist.

He served in WWII as one of the Tuskegee Airmen.^{[1] [2]} Tuskegee Airmen received Congressional Gold Metals for their service.

He married Laura Chase on 10 February 1944.^[1] He died in 2018.
