Biography

David was born in 1870. He is the son of Andrew Fairbairn and Jane Bolster.

He was a beneficiary in the Will of his Aunt Jane Fairbairn, probated in Dunedin, NZ, in 1923.

Commercial Traveller, represented Stone’s Directories in Dunedin & Auckland. Lived in Wadestown, Wellington 1926-28, then retired to New Plymouth.

He passed away in 1942, and was buried in Te Henui Cemetery, New Plymouth.

Fairbairn-1090 and Fairbairn-1369 appear to represent the same person because: David Mackie Fairbairn is my great-grandfather - I have all his siblings researched from Dunedin - you have all his ancestors but not descendants.
