Annie was born on 6 April 1861 in Albany, Western Australia.[1] She was the daughter of Benjamin Eaton and Mary Harris.
She married Robert Wilkinson Howe in Albany on 6 July 1887.[2][3]
HOWE.—On February 5, Hannah, the dearly-loved wife of Robert Howe, lightkeeper, Breaksea, aged 53.[4]

In the article about the funeral, https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/70113615?searchTerm=%22hannah%20howe%22, The Mr J Brand mentioned could be her nephew. Her sister Mary Ann married a Brand but was deceased by 1914. Various Greens are mentioned which could be her nephews but is a common name.
If we could find the marriage record naming the father, that would be a clincher.
