Neville married Joyce Ena ("Joy") BIGNELL, daughter of Robert Alexander ("Alex") BIGNELL and Emelia Alice ("Emmie") SEABORN, on 19 January 1943 in Hannam Vale, Manning River, New South Wales, Australia.

Joy was born on 9 January 1922 in Hannam Vale, Manning River, New South Wales, Australia, died on 11 November 2004 in New South Wales, Australia at age 82, and was buried in Dawson River Lawn Cemetery, Cundletown, New South Wales, Australia.

They had three children: Gwenda Joy, Denise Joan, and Maxine Gay.
