Biography
Eliza was born in 1811. She was the daughter of Elijah Dewey and Mehitable Buck.
She married Lester Wood, son of Jonathan Wood and Eunice Thurston in 1830. They had three known children.
Lester died in Versailles, Cattaraugus, New York in 1845.
She married his older brother Jonathan Wood jr., who was also widowed.
They were in Perrysburg, Cattaraugus, New York in 1850 and 1855.[1][2]
They moved to Vernon county, Wisconsin. They were in Harmony, Vernon, Wisconsin in 1860.[3]
Jonathan died in 1869.
She was in Vernon county, Wisconsin in 1870.[4] Stepson Philander Wood was also in the household.
She passed away in 1889.
