Joseph married Catherine Miller in Roane county, TN on 5 Jan 1864 By 1870 they had moved to Missouri . In 1900 he is listed as a land Lord and farmer. I only found two children from the union. Catherine passed away in Feb 1910 in MO. and on the census and Joseph is listed as a Widow in 1910. At that time he lived with daughter Catherine and SIL John Hart, In 1920 he is on census with son William H Dennis in Washington State, where he passed away. Washington State Death Records record his death as 20 Dec 1920.
