Biography

Son of Joseph Dennis and Catherine Miller.

William was age 4 in 1880.[1]

He married Sarah Charlotte "Lottie" Martin 31 Oct 1903 in Douglas County, Missouri.[2]

In 1910 the family was in Missoula, Montana. William was age 34. Wife Lottie was age 26, b Missouri. Daughter Bernice E Dennis was age 4. Son Harold was age 2. Son Melvin was an infant, b Montana. The other children were born in Missouri. [3]

In 1920 the family was in Edison, Skagit, Washington. William was age 44. His father-in-law Joseph Dennis was age 85, b Tennessee. Wife Lottie N Dennis was age 36, b Missouri. Daughter Bernice was age 14. Son Melvin B. Dennis was age 10. Son William Jr. was age 3 yrs 5 mos. Daughter Lottie May Dennis was age 1 yr 7 mos.[4]

1930: residing in Seattle; wife Lollie was age 46; son Melvin age 20; son William Jr. age 13 b Montana; daughter Lottie M age 11 b Washington.[5]
