- DAVEY. — On the 10th October (suddenly), at private hospital, Malvern, Charles Richard, dearly beloved husband of Jane Davey, of Byrne-avenue, Elwood. and loving father of Myrtle (Mrs. Hunt), Rita (Mrs. Millen) and Nell, loved brother of Harry, Will, Lizzie (deceased), Tom (deceased), Emma (Mrs. Clayton), Jack, Susie (Mrs. Bishop), Fred (deceased), and Alf. aged 56 years. [1]
Burial
- DAVEY - The Friends of the late Mr. Charles RICHARD DAVEY are respectfully informed that his remains will be interred in the New Melbourne Cemetery, Fawkner. The funeral will leave his residence Byrne avenue Elwood, THIS MORNING (Tuesday, 12th October) at 11 o'clock [2]
