Biography

Mary Polly Custer was born in 1753 in Rockingham, Virginia, the daughter of Mary Polly Arp and William Custer. She married Edmond Cain in 1767 in Virginia. They had eight children in 19 years. She died in 1830 in Champaign, Ohio, having lived a long life of 77 years.
