Biography

Thomas was born in 1798^[1] in Cripplegate London to George and Elizabeth Curtis (born Clements).

Thomas married Eliza on 21 July 1832 in Bermondsey, Surrey^[2]. They had 5 children^[3] - Eliza, Matilda, Ellen, Louisa, and George Thomas.

He passed away in 1839.^[4]

His Death Notice in the Morning Chronical Monday, July 1, 1839 reads: "On the 29th of June, at his house, Grange road, Bermondsey, Mr. Thomas George Curtis, In the 40th year of his age, upward of twenty years clerk In the house of Messrs. Denison, Heywood, Kennard, and Co., bankers, London,"^[5]
