Biography

When Frank M Cotton was born on August 22, 1893, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, his father, Willie, was 26 and his mother, Mary, was 23. He married Elizabeth "Libba" Nevills on November 7, 1910, in his hometown. They had one child during their marriage. He died in December 1973 in Westchester, New York, at the age of 80.
