Donald was born in 1927. He was the son of Wes Cooper and Cecil Hall.
Married Mary Jo Bell.
Father of 5 children including: Pamela Dawn Cooper & Ken Jay Cooper ("the Copenhagen Cowboy").
Sadly, Donald lost his daughter Pamela in 2000, and then his son Kent in 2002. Donald died just 6 months after Kent.
