MT. HOREB - David Connors, age 74, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 3, 1993, at his residence in rural Mt. Horeb. Mr. Connors was born on May 12, 1918, at his farm home where he lived the rest of his life. David was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pine Bluff. He especially enjoyed his farm work and the operating of the tractors and machinery. Survivors include a sister, Rose (Roman) Lamberty of Mt. Horeb; two nephews, Mike (Bernice) Lamberty of Mt. Horeb and Marvin (Lydia) Lamberty of Hammond; a niece, Monica (Kevin) Martin of Cross Plains; and several great- nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 1993, at ST. MARY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Pine Bluff. Father Thomas Dohney will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 1993, at the ELLESTAD FUNERAL HOME in Mt. Horeb, and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in the church cemetery. ^[1]

In 1935 and 1940, Rosala M Connors, 18 years old, born in 1922 in Wisconsin, United States, was living in Springdale Township, Mount Vernon, Dane, Wisconsin, with her mother and brother. Her mother, Catherine Connors, 51 and brother, David S Connors, 21, were both born in Wisconsin. David was a farmer. Catherine and Rosala didn't work. They all finished 8th grade of an education. ^[3]

David was born in 1918. He was the son of John Conners and Kate O'Connell. He passed away in 1993. ^[1]
