Biography
Ann Elizabeth (Connell) Bagby was born in 1805 in Darlington, South Carolina, United States, daughter of Simon Connell (1780 - 1859).
Her brother was Alfred Boyd Connell (1820 - 1856).
Ann (~23) married Arthur Pendleton Bagby (~34) (1794 - 1858) in 1828. Their children were:
- 2LT Simon Connell Bagby (>1828 - 1864)
- Colonel Arthur Pendleton Bagby Jr (1833 - 1921)
- Adelaide Louise (Bagby) Wilson (1833 - 1918).
Ann died in 1853 in Mobile, Mobile, Alabama, aged ~48,[1] and was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Mobile, Mobile, Alabama.[2]
