Abigail was born 20 Sep 1643/4 in Cambridge, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Her parents were Edward Collins and Martha (Baylie) Collins. ^[1]

She married (1) John Willet in 1663 Charlestown ^[2]. Her first husband passed that same year.

She married (2) Lawrence Hammond on 12 May 1665 in Massachusetts ^[3][4]
