Osvaldo was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico on 23 May 1925.^[1][2] He was the son of Melchor Clemente and Luisa Walker. ^[3]

Osvaldo married Julia Rivera in 1946 in Carolina, Puerto Rico.^[4] In 1950 Osvaldo was living with his wife Julia and two young sons in Carolina, Puerto Rico.^[5]

Osvaldo served in the U.S. Armed Forced from 1953 to 1955.^[6]

He passed away in 1986.^[7]
