Susanna was born on 27 February 1755 in Northampton, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Samuel Clark (1720-1807) and Eunice (Lyman) Clark (1728-1785).^[1][2]

Miss Susannah Clark died at age 50 on 15 February 1806 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA.^[3] She was buried in Bridge Street Cemetery in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.^[4]
