Charles Clapton was born in Victoria, Australia
Charles Norman Henry Clapton was born in 1907 in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, son of Charles William Corbett Clapton (1886–1941) and Ethel Jane Robson (1889–1973).[1]
He married Nancy Isabel Costin in 1933 in Victoria, Australia.[2]
Charles died in 1976 in Bendigo, aged 68.[3] He was laid to rest at Bendigo Public Cemetery, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.[4]
