Grace Evelyn Clapton was born in 1904 in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Arthur Barrett Clapton (1864–1909) and Sarah Terry (~1864–1939).^[1]

Grace (21) married Edward Isaac Oldham (20) (born in 1905 in Horsham, Victoria; son of Edward Davis Oldham and Emma (Harris) Oldham) in 1926 in Victoria. ^[2]

Grace died on September 13, 1985, aged 80. She was laid to rest at Bendigo Public Cemetery, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.^[3]
