Born: abt 1843 Paris, Lamar County, Texas.[1]
Her father died before 1860 and her widowed mother has not been found in the 1860 census. She is not living with her mother in the 1870 census, and no marriage record has been found for her in Lamar County, nor does she appear in later family records & notes as having married elsewhere, so it seems likely she died before 1860, or at least before 1870.
Laura Chisum was a Texan.
