David Chadwick was born on January 09, 1752 in Andover, Essex, Massachusetts Bay. His parents were David Chadwick and Sarah Barker. [1] [2]

He was baptized in Boxford Jan. 12, 1751/2. [3]

He served in the Revolutionary War, marching from Andover on the alarm of April 19, 1775. [4] [5] [6]

He married Hannah Mower in 1779. [1]

Together they had these children:

  1. David Chadwick

He died Dec. 30, 1817 in Jaffrey, NH, [7] and was buried there.[8]
