FATAL ACCIDENT: -An inquest was held yesterday upon the body of Mr. Thomas Cashel, an old resident of this district. The deceased, who had been having a "spree" in Wellington for a few days, left town in the night mail for Apsley, where he got out and wandered through the bush toward his home at Dripstone. As he did not reach there, a search was made, and the body found in a very decomposed state near Dripstone Creek. The deceased had apparently fallen over a steep bank in the darkness, and alighted upon his head. After a time he must have recovered sufficiently to enable him to crawl a short distance to the place where his body was found.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the New South Wales Government Gazette, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction that probate of the last will and testament of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 17th day of April last, may be granted to Thomas Cashel, the younger, of Dripstone, and William Connell, of Wellington aforesaid, farmers, the executors in the said will named.—Dated this 16th day of May, 1887.
