[1] WALTER (BUD) CAMPION It is with sadness and thanksgiving for a life well lived that we announce the passing of Walter 'Bud' Campion, surrounded by his family at the Stratford General Hospital on May 07, 2009. Bud was born on April 2, 1930 in Toronto and moved to Stratford in September 2008. Beloved husband of Nancy (McCorry) whom he married in 1954, cherished Dad of David and wife Anne of Stratford and Drew of Toronto. Devoted Grandpa of Dylan, Arielle and fiancé Matthew. Will be missed by sister Carol and husband Jack Wilson of Toronto and sister-in-law Margaret and husband Jack McGowan, their families, and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Rosamond (Hubbs) Campion. Friends and relatives may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford, on Monday, May 11, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A celebration of Bud's life followed by a luncheon will be held at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Road, Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
