How come her actual birth last name is not revealed?

Hi! I am the one who created this profile originally. Her birth father has never been publicly revealed, the only thing I could find is that she has never met him. I think it is quite possible she was given her mother's maiden at birth, but hopefully after the 1960 Census and more recent Florida birth records are made public this will be able to be confirmed.
