Biography
Eve was the daughter of Johan Nicholas Brosius, Jr. and Anna Maria Reitz. She married Johan Frederick Bohner. She was born June 30, 1792, but her tombstone shows July 2, 1792.
Baptismal Transcription from Himmel's Church, Rebuck, PA: Historic Pennsylvania Church and Town Records, Reel 236, Historic Society of Pennsylvania: p. 24: In the name of Jesus. Start and Continuation of, Carl Christoph Götz, of Worms, at present, Pastor of Sunbury. P. 26: Eva, daughter of Johann Nicolaus BROSIUS and Anna Maria, a born Reitz(in), born the last of June and baptized the first of July. Sponsors, Brosius and his wife Maria.
Their children were: Daniel, husband of Juliann Miesse, Elizabeth, Catherine, Lydia, Phoebe, wife of Samuel K. Miesse, Mary A., probably wife of Daniel K. Miesse Rebecca, wife of Moses Troutman, and Sarah Margaret, wife of John Wildermuth.
