When Ann Branch was born on 23 March 1705, in Surry, Virginia, United States, her father, Francis Branch, was 44 and her mother, Elizabeth Norwood, was 37. She married John Tyus Jr. in 1729, in Surry, Virginia, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 4 daughters. She died in 1744, in Lower Southampton Township, Bucks, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 39, and was buried in Lower Southampton Township, Bucks, Pennsylvania, United States.
