John Bower was born in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, England.
John Bower was born in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, England and was baptised on June 19, 1743 at All Saints Church in Sawley, Derbyshire, son of Samuel Bower and Kezia (Woolley) Bower.[1]
John married Mary Statham by licence on July 22, 1766 at St Chad's Church in in Wilne, Derbyshire.[2] At the time of their marriage they were both living at Draycott.
