Biography
Mary Bennett was the daughter of Sir Thomas Bennett and Mary Taylor. Mary, daughter of Thomas, was baptised on 10 January 1590 in St Benet Fink, London, England.[1]
She married Sir George Croke, (son of John Croke and his wife, Elizabeth Unton) on 16 Jun 1608 at the St. Olave Old Jewry in London, England. [2] The parish register noted that she was a daughter of Thomas.
Mary and her husband were named in the will of her brother Ambrose. [3]
Mary Croke, widow of Waterstock, Oxfordshire left a detailed will. [4]She made bequests to and mentioned:
