Biography

Robert was a wine merchant. The partnership of J. Higginson and W & R Bell of Aldersgate Street, London, was dissolved on 1 January 1820.[1] Bell, Rannie & Company was recorded in 1848 as wine merchants at 49 Pall Mall, London.
