(Royal Australian Engineers - publicly available information about what this Detachment undertook between Jan 1943 - Apr 1944 is scarce. It's name suggests they were providing landing craft services & probably around the eastern coast of New Guinea).

Married Joan Mary Henshaw at Leeton, NSW 1945^[2].

He passed away in 1977 at Box Hill, Vic. ^[3]
