Florence Bald, with her twin Arthur, was born in April 1892 in Burra, South Australia, Australia ^[1], the youngest daughter of David Bald and Elizabeth Dower and the sister of William James Bald, Alice Bald, George Bald, David Bald, Elizabeth Bald, Robert Bald, Fanny Bald and Arthur Bald.

Sadly, her brother Arthur died on when only 8 months old on 29 December 1892, and 4 months later, Florence died on about 15 March 1893 in Hallett, South Australia, Australia ^[2] and was buried on 16 March 1893 in the Hallett Cemetery, Hallett, South Australia, Australia ^[3]. Florence is is buried in the same plot as her brother Arthur.
