Biography

James H. Baker was born about 1869 in Prince Edward Island, the son of Henry Baker and Mary Van Buskirk. [1] He died about 1918.

He married Hattie Dyment in 1892 in Cambridge, Massachusetts[2] The marriage ended in divorce. In 1910, James H Baker, b. Massachusetts was living in Tacoma Ward 3, Pierce, Washington with his son and daughter, George Dixon (13) and Aretha M. (12). The landlady was Minnie A. Graham (37). James gave his marital status as divorced. Later that year, James married Mrs. Graham. [3]
